Each item is made to order. Once order is placed and payment made you will receive a message letting you know when your order will be made. The message is also to confirm your shipping address. Order will be shipped 24-48 hours after completed.

All items made to order. Sizes currently available are listed which is usually an Adult Medium (circumference 22- 23in/ hat height 8.75-9in). Custom sizes are available size range from Baby-Adult Large.

Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. Be sure to check measurements before purchasing to ensure best fit.

To measure:

Take a flexible tape and measure around your head just above your eyebrows, widest part of your head.

For beanie height, measure from the bottom of your ear to the very tippy top of your head.

I do not take returns or exchanges. When creating each piece I take the time to make sure the item is exactly as described. The listings that are available for immediate shipping are 22-23" circumference and the hat height is 9 in. That is the average size.

If you are unsure of the fit & feel free to contact me prior to ordering to make sure that the hat will fit you.

I am more than willing to customize an order to your specific liking. Each hat is exactly as pictured. Before I ship out an item I send a picture to update the customer and for final approval.

Once the item has shipped, I cannot exceptexchanges or returns. Each item is handmade by me.

The masks will have a different color lining other than the print shown. The color of the inside of the mask will be solid and compliment the print.

Also, the seam allowance is on the outside is meant to secure the band in place and will show. The color of the thread will compliment the colors in the mask meaning it may show. I do my best to match based on the supplies I am able to allocate.

With this said if you would like the face mask to be the same print inside as well as outside this will be a custom order. Some of the fabric is difficult to find in bulk that is why a solid lining color is shown.

The elastic will not always be white and this is because the white elastic may be harder to find in bulk and what I usually have on hand is black. If you would like a custom piece and specific colors please message me. It is much easier to create a design that you love from the very beginning. I love custom orders all you need to do is ask.

Because of the nature of the product I cannot except returns/ exchanges/ or refunds. As a small business I pride myself in work. Each facemask takes time and money to produce.
